About 1/2 an hour from the house, the snow-covered creek bed becomes a torrent of cold, clear snow melt. This morning we had already eaten breakfast and sometimes it is lovely to take some food with us and sit on the rocks and listen and watch.

unesiatLovely pictures! It was 80 degrees here yesterday. My sister in Colorado had over two feet of snow at her house!
Isn't that amazing? We were in the 70s and it didn't freeze last night so the melt continues. Don't know whether to envy Denver because their ski season is continuing (yes, I think about things like that now) or just be incredibly grateful for Spring. Think I will stay with Spring!
